A hidden gem for vegans - the menu has always had plenty options, but it keeps getting better with thoughtful and tasty updates!
Drank in the bar a couple of times, very comfortable and friendly place for a drink. 4 of us had dinner one night and can definitely recommend. Food was excellent with generous portions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on the rooms

Stayed two nights with a small party - Panmure Arms was near perfect! Efficient, friendly service, good meals with extensive menu, a cheery bar, popular with locals. Well-situated at edge of Highlands; walking, golf, Edzell Castle, Fettercairn distillery close by.
I stay here occasionally for work and I always have a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although some of the bathrooms are a bit dated (but some are brand new!). The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food has been consistently decent. Would recommend!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well decorated bed was comfy, the food was very good with a good choice of food on the menu.
Visited today with our baby in a pram. Great food as always! Loved the home made pizza and the Panmure tower !
Fantastic locally run hotel. The owner and staff all very friendly. Food in the restaurant is homecooked and the menu selection is fantastic. Stayed here for 4 nights and if I lived closer I would come for dinner all the time. Fantastic overall traditional Scottish hotel.
